About

Hiring works when both sides know who they're talking to

Duskline exists because the weakest link in remote hiring is not the interview — it's the introduction. We verify the company first, then hand it a messaging surface.

What Duskline is

Duskline is an enterprise messaging platform for hiring. Companies apply to join, submit a full dossier, and are reviewed by our trust desk. Once verified, a company can mint job links — one per role — and hold live conversations with the workers who open them.

Workers join free, build a single profile, and use it for every conversation they ever start. There is no application fee, no premium placement, and no way for a company to buy its way past verification.

Why verification comes first

Most hiring fraud begins with an unverifiable employer. A convincing message, an urgent role, a request for documents — and no way for the worker to check whether the company on the other side exists. Duskline inverts that. A company cannot send its first message until a person at Duskline has reviewed its identity.

The badge below appears wherever a verified company is shown — on its profile, in a chat header, on a job details page, and on any company card a worker sees.

How the trust desk reviews a company

Every dossier is checked on four axes:

  1. Identity. Company name, headquarters and website must describe the same legal entity, and that entity must be findable in public records.
  2. Substance. Workforce size, years in operation and industry must be internally consistent with the described operation.
  3. People. Leadership bodies — founders, executives, representatives — are named, pictured and described. Anonymous leadership is not verified.
  4. Evidence. Workplace media is reviewed for authenticity, including reverse-image checks.

Reviews typically complete within two to four weeks. Companies wait on a dedicated screen during that time; the moment verification clears, the dashboard opens automatically without a page refresh.

Verification can be revoked

The badge is a present-tense claim, not a permanent award. If a company misrepresents a role, pressures a worker for payment, or its public record changes materially, the trust desk withdraws verification. Its links stop resolving and its conversations close.

Principles we build to

  • Live by default. Every list, badge, counter and conversation in the product streams. There is no refresh button in Duskline.
  • Internationally neutral. 197 countries, local phone formatting, thirty currencies and ISCED-aligned education levels. No country is the default.
  • Transparent compensation. A job link cannot exist without a salary figure, currency, frequency and schedule. Workers see the offer before they write a word.
  • Small surfaces. One loading button, one modal system, one badge. Consistency is a feature.

Who Duskline is for

Companies hiring across borders, agencies representing distributed teams, and workers who are tired of proving that the employer contacting them is real. If you need a hiring network where the first question — "is this company legitimate?" — is already answered, Duskline is built for you.
