You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 16 years old or the minimum working age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. One person or legal entity per account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Email addresses must be verified with a one-time code before onboarding continues. Codes are valid for ten minutes and only one code is active per address at a time.

Verification is granted at Duskline's sole discretion after a human review of your dossier. Submitting a dossier does not entitle you to verification. Reviews typically complete within two to four weeks, and we do not commit to a specific decision date.

Unverified companies cannot create job links, cannot start conversations, and are not displayed to workers. Verification may be suspended or revoked at any time if information proves inaccurate, a role is misrepresented, or a company breaches these terms. On revocation, active links stop resolving.

The Duskline verified badge is our trademark. You may not reproduce, imitate or display it outside the platform to imply a status you do not hold.

A job link must describe a genuine, currently open role, with an accurate title, employment type, work arrangement, location, description, requirements, base salary, currency, salary frequency, additional compensation and schedule. Placeholder salaries, bait roles, pyramid schemes, unpaid work described as paid, and multi-level marketing recruitment are prohibited.

You are responsible for the legality of each role in the jurisdictions where it is advertised and performed, including wage floors, working-time rules and non-discrimination law. Duskline is not the employer and is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

Across every conversation on Duskline, the following are prohibited:

• Requesting payment, deposits, equipment fees or "training fees" from a worker. Workers never pay to apply.
• Requesting government identification, banking credentials or payment card details through Duskline messaging.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual solicitation, or contact unrelated to the role the link describes.
• Sharing malware, phishing links, or any file the recipient did not agree to receive.
• Scraping, automating, reselling or reverse engineering any part of the service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

You keep ownership of the profiles, dossiers, media, messages and files you upload. You grant Duskline a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content strictly to operate the service. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload, including photographs of other people.

Registration on Duskline is free for all workers, who begin on the Basic Tier. To support high-volume contracting and elevated financial throughput, workers may elect to activate upgraded account levels:

• Basic Tier (Free Default): Includes a maximum wallet balance capacity of $1,000 USD and a rolling weekly withdrawal allowance of $300 USD.
• Standard Tier ($99 USD one-time lifetime fee): Tailored for regular freelance contractors. Expands wallet capacity to $8,000 USD and weekly withdrawal limit to $1,200 USD, with immediate milestone release upon client approval.
• Corporate Tier ($499 USD one-time lifetime fee): Designed for businesses, registered agencies, and high-volume professionals. Provides unlimited wallet capacity (no balance cap) and a weekly withdrawal limit of $50,000 USD, accompanied by priority trust desk routing.

All upgrade fees on Duskline are strictly one-time lifetime payments. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions, annual renewals, or unexpected maintenance deductions. Once activated, your account level and elevated limits remain permanently attached to your profile.

Upgrades may be funded either via immediate deduction from your cleared Available Balanceor via a direct Bitcoin transfer to our automated treasury address. Account verification is an integrity process and is never for sale.

Duskline maintains a strict two-stage balance ledger to safeguard contract participants:

• Available Balance: Represents cleared, liquid funds resulting from completed milestones that have been reviewed, accepted, and released by the employer or the mediation desk. Available funds may be immediately withdrawn to any configured external payout rail or spent toward account tier upgrades with zero transaction fees.
• Pending Escrow Balance: Represents funds legally sequestered in Duskline Escrow under active contracts or submitted deliverables awaiting employer sign-off. Because pending funds are conditional upon the delivery of contracted work and remain subject to contractual acceptance or dispute arbitration, pending funds cannot be withdrawn to external accounts and cannot be used to pay for account tier upgrades until the employer completes review or the automated clearance period elapses.

If client payouts or milestone releases exceed your current account tier's wallet cap, the surplus funds are never forfeited; they remain securely queued in your pending escrow ledger. You can access them immediately by withdrawing existing available funds or upgrading your tier.

Withdrawals are processed in accordance with your tier's rolling weekly allowance ($300 for Basic, $1,200 for Standard, and $50,000 for Corporate). Weekly limits reset dynamically on a rolling 7-day calendar basis. Supported payout rails include international bank wire (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT), PayPal, Wise, Cash App, and major blockchain networks (USDT, USDC, BTC).

To maintain anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, all withdrawal destinations must match the verified identity of the registered account holder. Duskline reserves the right to request identity re-verification if suspicious withdrawal velocity or destination alterations are flagged.

Duskline mandates upfront escrow funding: employers must commit full milestone compensation at the moment a job link is created. Unfunded roles cannot be published. Once a contract is executed, funds cannot be unilaterally clawed back or cancelled by the employer while deliverables are in review.

In the event of an irreconcilable scope dispute, either party may escalate the milestone to the Duskline Mediation Desk. Our neutral arbitration team evaluates milestone briefs, submitted deliverables, and conversation logs to issue a binding, equitable disbursement of escrowed funds.

We aim for continuous availability but provide the service "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Planned maintenance affecting messaging will be announced in-app where practicable.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or where continued operation would create risk for other users.

Duskline verifies company identity; it does not guarantee the outcome of any hiring process, the accuracy of a worker's self-reported profile, or the performance of any party. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify Duskline against claims arising from your content, your roles, your employment relationships, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and notified in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Duskline after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duskline is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: legal@duskline.com.
